Not evidence
Reports are personal accounts, not findings of fact. Nothing here establishes that any person or office did anything — the registry records only what someone claims happened. Do not treat any entry as an accusation, and do not act on one as if it were.
Names & corrections
Named individuals may share a name with unrelated people, and details may be wrong. A mention here is not a determination of wrongdoing. If an entry about you is inaccurate, write to us through the feedback box in the Community tab and we will review it.
Reporter privacy
We collect no identities. A mobile number, if provided, is stored only as an irreversible hash to enforce the one-report-per-day limit — it is never displayed, shared, or sold.
